OK all if you are looking for a protein filled ball of heaven here you go. These PB balls are so darn yummy my hubs doesn't believe they are good for you, he says they taste like butterfingers. You be the judge....
Protein PB Balls
1/2 cup each of the following
No Sugar added PB
Honey
Chocolate rice protein powder
Mix then add 1/2 cup each of the following
Millet
Ground flax seed
Rolled Oats
Mix well and form ping pong size balls, place on tray and refrigerate. They taste better chilled. Hope you enjoy! Blessing Laur
